How are payment terms structured?
We typically require a 30% deposit to initiate the work, followed by progress payments tied to major milestones (e.g., completion of diagnostic, approval of blueprint). Transformation partnerships are billed quarterly on a retainer basis.
Can scope creep happen?
We define the scope rigorously in the proposal. If new requirements arise that significantly alter the project, we treat this as a change request. We will assess the impact on timeline and fee before proceeding, ensuring transparency.
Do you offer success fees or ROI guarantees?
For the Blueprint Engagement, success fees are optional and tied to specific, pre-agreed KPIs (e.g., reduction in operational overhead). For the Full Transformation Partnership, success fees are integrated into the milestone structure to align our incentives with your outcomes.
Are these estimates fixed or variable?
Diagnostic Sprints and Blueprint Engagements are fixed-fee. This means if we finish early, you pay less; if we encounter complex hidden issues, we pause to reassess before proceeding. This protects you from "billable hour" surprises.
What happens if we want to pause the engagement?
You are not locked into a rigid timeline. However, fees are billed based on the resources committed to the project. Pausing for an extended period may require a re-scoping of the deliverables and a review of the remaining fee structure.
Do you invoice for travel and expenses?
Travel and subsistence are generally included within the fixed fee for engagements within North America. For international or highly complex multi-site engagements, we will provide a separate estimate for travel and logistics.
